📦 Refusing Delivery of Packages
If a package is delivered to your door or left at the post office, Super Relax covers the delivery costs.
If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to our supplier. In this case, we will resend a new package to you free of charge.
In the event of a second refusal, we reserve the right to withhold $15 from the refunded amount.
⚠️ Defective Product?
That's unfortunate! Sometimes products can be damaged during transit.
In such a case, we will send a replacement package for free the first time, but we do not offer refunds in that case.
If the second package also arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund.
📭 Package Lost or Returned Without Reason?
If a package is lost or undeliverable for logistical reasons, we will always send a replacement first before considering a refund.
⏱️ Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.
No shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, delivery delays may occur. Please allow a few extra days.
If there is a significant delay, you will be notified by email.

📧 Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.
The tracking number will become active within 2 to 5 business days.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes
superrelaxca.com is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
📬 When Will I Receive My Order?
The average delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.
Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, allowing us to offer better prices than competitors and cover shipping costs ourselves.

Once your order is ready and shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number.
